Downtown Wells Wells, Nevada is centrally located to a northwestern state region of the United States. At the intersection of Interstate 80 and US 93, Wells is a prime north/south, east/west transportation crossroad for truck traffic. Wells is located 50 miles east of Elko, 345 miles east of Reno, and 187 miles west of Salt Lake City.

Wells is experiencing new growth. Love’s Truck Stop has chose to expand to Wells and new housing is on the rise. BT Incorporated of Wyoming chose Wells as there Nevada location for expansion of their trucking operation and a new truck wash business.

Wells has an elementary and high school, as well as the Great Basin College Interactive Learning Center and Computer Lab. Wells also has a library, a medical clinic, the Family Resource Center, fire and ambulance facilities and Wells Municipal Airport. Wells is also home to baseball and soccer fields, a nine-hole golf course, rodeo grounds, trap and pistol range, as well as a chariot racetrack.

Wells can offer fully developed industrial property at some very attractive prices. The city-owned Wells Heavy Industrial Park is 160 acres with 5, 10, and 20-acre parcels. All parcels are developed with water, sewer, electricity, telephone, and fire protection. The Park is designed for manufacturing, shipping and distribution centers. The Wells Municipal Airport and Union Pacific’s main rail line are in close proximity to the Park.
