Jackpot Originally a truck stop on US 93 between Wells and Twin Falls, ID, Jackpot has flourished into a community of 1,300 residents, complete with recreation facilities and ample housing developments.

Jackpot's economic base is in gaming and tourism. Five casinos and resorts offer close to 900 rooms and a friendly atmosphere of exceptional service. For small businesses interested in the area, Jackpot has 30 acres of zoned commercial space.

Jackpot is home to an 18-hole championship golf course, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, horseshoe pits and a children’s park to enhance the family environment of this small town. Motor cross races and black powder shooting competitions draw participants from the surrounding areas. A large recreation center houses an indoor pool and sponsors award-winning swim clinics.

Industrial Property in Jackpot
Just outside of the Jackpot’s city limits are areas currently zoned open space/agriculture. Rezoning will not be difficult in areas that would be bettered served for industry and manufacturing.

Area Strengths

  • Jackpot is located on the Idaho and Nevada border. Idaho companies looking for a Nevada location will benefit by relocating to Jackpot. The location would place them in a business friendly state, but keeps them near the Northwest market.
