Spring Creek Towne Center Breaks Ground

ELKO -Ground broke last week on the first phase of Spring Creek Towne Center, a retail center in the Spring Creek housing section that will include a gym, sandwich shop and hair salon.
"We are excited to help bring into Spring Creek additional quality businesses and needed services,"said Joe Bailey, head of commercial construction and development for Bailey Construction, the project developer. "The Spring creek Towne Center will be a vibrant and beautiful addition to the community."
It's located across from the Shell gas station on Spring Creek Parkway in Spring Creek.
The Towne Center project was designed by Jon Bailey to "exude warmth and charm including bright colors, elegant lines, chimney stacks, stonework and signage that resembles the windmills of Holland," according to information from the company.
The first phase includes Anytime Fitness Club, Subway and TNT Hair & Nails.
John Fink is opening Anytime Fitness Club, an almost 6,000 square foot space that will include racquetball courts, tanning beds, personal training and other services and equipment.
TNT Hair & Nails, owned by Niki Taylor, will provide hair cuts and styles, manicures and pedicures for the entire family.
"We are looking forward to bringing our new business to Spring Creek and are very excited about this new growth in our area," she said in a release.
Phase one is expected to be complete by August and the second phase is being pre-leased with shop space from 800-8,500 square feet.
