Company looking to expand to western U.S. Prefers to be near major mines in Nevada.
Prospect Criteria:
Pre-existing building of 10,000-15,000 s.f. with room for expansion. 5 to 10 ton crane existing preferred, but not required. Rail preferred, but not required. Close to airport. A minimun of 4 loading doors, plus 1 grade level entry.

Company is a mining vendor, but is diversified and could serve their non-mining customers from Elko County.
