Hub zone, must have immediate rail access and requires up to 50,000 gallons of water per day. Looking for 20 acres to build 220,000 sq. ft. facility. Workforce of 150-200.

Looking in both California and Nevada. Elko competing with Reno and many sites in California. This is a long shot.
